The information below is provided to school sites and departments for use in the recruitment, selection, interview and hiring of employees.

When there is a change to a position in the District site administrators and department managers work with the Human Relations, Curriculum and Instruction and Fiscal Services Departments to determine how the vacancy will be filled. In order to begin this collaborative process, sites and departments are asked to initiate the process using the following steps:

  1. Submit a Personnel Requisition (PR) (county log in and access required).
  2. Submit a Request for Certificated Posting Form.

Please note both the PR and Request for Certificated Posting Form must be submitted online.
